Legacy Healthcare Services is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our senior care team. Evaluate and treat swallowing disorders and communication/cognitive impairments using evidence-based techniques.

Qualifications

• Masters in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state license as an SLP or eligibility to obtain before start.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients for swallowing disorders and communication/cognitive impairments using evidence-based techniques.
• Establish treatment goals and develop/implement SLP programs based on evaluations.
• Provide rehabilitative services as part of a coordinated team.
• Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate care plans.
• Provide one-on-one treatment sessions with functional-based approaches.

Position requirements:

• Masters Degree from an accredited graduate program in speech language pathology school.
• Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP, or ability to obtain prior to beginning employment
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills

Pay Range

USD $37.00 - USD $45.00 /Hr.
