Jackson Therapy Partners, LLC seeks an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time role in Utah. You will work with patients to improve communication and swallowing, making a real difference in their daily lives.

Split roughly 50/50 between inpatient (MedSurg/ICU) mornings and outpatient rehab clinic afternoons, serving pediatric through geriatric populations in a rural community. The.not-for-profit hospital also offers benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Completed CFY and current CCC from ASHA
• Active State SLP License in UT required to start
• BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in inpatient and outpatient settings preferred
• Experience with dysphagia management including swallow studies and dietary recommendations
• Experience providing cognitive and behavioral therapy across the lifespan
• Caseload targeting approximately 20–30 visits per week

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered SLP services in MedSurg/ICU and outpatient rehab settings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with medical staff and rehab team to coordinate care
• Administer dysphagia assessments and recommend dietary modifications
• Offer cognitive and behavioral therapy across pediatric to geriatric populations

We’re looking for an experienced SLP to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll work with patients to improve communication and swallowing, making a real difference in their daily lives.

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Active State SLP License in UT required to start the position.
• BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings preferred. Candidate must be comfortable providing care across MedSurg, ICU, and outpatient rehab clinic environments.
• Experience with dysphagia management including swallow studies and dietary recommendations.
• Experience providing cognitive and behavioral therapy across the lifespan, pediatric through geriatric.
• Ability to manage a flexible caseload targeting approximately 20–30 visits per week.
