Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners, LLC in Kentucky seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our outpatient pediatric clinic. The role focuses on 1:1 therapy with pediatric clients, flexible M-F scheduling, and opportunities to collaborate with ABA and mental health teams in a rural, small-town setting.

Locations include Owensboro and nearby towns; the clinic serves Medicaid populations and provides integrated services.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Completed CFY and CCC from ASHA.
• Active Kentucky state license to start the position.
• BLS certification may be required.
• Experience with pediatric populations preferred (including early intervention).
• Experience providing 1:1 therapy.
• Comfort with behavioral challenges and collaboration with ABA and mental health teams.
• Proficiency with EMR systems.
• Willingness to work in outpatient clinics in rural/small-town communities.

Minimum Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Active Kentucky state license required to start the position
• BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC
• Experience working with pediatric populations preferred, including early intervention and early-adult patients
• Experience providing 1:1 therapy
• Comfort working with behavioral challenges and collaborating with ABA and mental health teams
• Proficiency with electronic medical record systems
• Willingness to work in outpatient clinic settings in rural and small-town communities

Schedule and Locations

Days. Typical schedule M-F 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Flexibility offered.

Clinic locations include Owensboro, Leitchfield, Vine Grove, and Mt. Washington, KY.

Primary caseload consists of 1:1 therapy. Clinic offers some group therapies.

Owner-operated outpatient pediatric therapy and behavioral health practice with integrated services (ABA, SLP, OT, mental health). Clinic serves a significant Medicaid population (approximately 50%).
