Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners, LLC in Kentucky seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our outpatient pediatric clinic. The role focuses on 1:1 therapy with pediatric clients, flexible M-F scheduling, and opportunities to collaborate with ABA and mental health teams in a rural, small-town setting.

Locations include Owensboro and nearby towns; the clinic serves Medicaid populations and provides integrated services.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Completed CFY and CCC from ASHA.
• Active Kentucky state license to start the position.
• BLS certification may be required.
• Experience with pediatric populations preferred (including early intervention).
• Experience providing 1:1 therapy.
• Comfort with behavioral challenges and collaboration with ABA and mental health teams.
• Proficiency with EMR systems.
• Willingness to work in outpatient clinics in rural/small-town communities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 speech-language therapy to pediatric clients in outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with ABA and mental health teams to support clients.
• Support some group therapies as part of clinic offerings.
• Maintain professional, ethical practice and clear communication with families and team members.
