TheraTree Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow who is curious, coachable, and motivated to become an excellent pediatric clinician. You will bridge communication gaps and help children express needs, thoughts, and identity.

Join a multidisciplinary team with OT, PT, ABA, and mental health on-site. We offer structure, supervision, PTO, CEU support, a clear compensation structure, and growth opportunities including specialty areas and leadership paths.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology Program.
• Eligible to begin clinical fellowship year.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as Speech Language Pathologist in Kentucky.
• CPR & First Aid certification.
• Pass background check.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Provide pediatric speech and language screenings, evaluations and treatment.
• Administer and interpret standardized assessments related to speech and feeding.
• Support expressive/receptive language, articulation, AAC, and social communication.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team for functional outcomes.
• Celebrate patient progress and communicate successes to families.

YOUR ROLE AS A SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST

Perform skilled therapeutic services within the Speech Language Pathologist’s scope of practice. Including:

• Provide speech and language screenings, evaluations and treatment for pediatric clients.
• Administer and interpret standardized assessments that identify deficits related to speech, language, and feeding.
• Support children with expressive/receptive language, articulation, AAC, feeding, and social communication.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members to create meaningful, functional outcomes
• Celebrate patient success such that they are an inspiration for others!

Requirements

WHO YOU ARE

• Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology Program.
• Eligible to begin clinical fellowship year.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Kentucky.
• CPR & First Aid certification.
• Pass background check.
