Job summary

Clarksville Rehabilitation Hospital is a brand new startup with 40 private patient suites and set to take its first patient October 2026. The Speech-Language Pathologist will independently evaluate, determine treatment strategies, and deliver or delegate services for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.

Pay is based on years of experience and qualifications; inpatient rehabilitation experience is preferred and BLS certification is required from AHA or Red Cross.

Qualifications

• BLS certification must be obtained from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross. Online certification is not acceptable.
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and determine treatment strategies for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Deliver or delegate services to identify, prevent, remediate, and rehabilitate acute or prolonged disorders.
• Collaborate with team to support patient progress and discharge planning.
