Job summary

St Luke North Canton is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to evaluate residents, create individualized plans, and deliver therapy across speech, language, cognition, and swallowing.

The position supports a resident-centered environment with collaboration from an interdisciplinary team, and offers part-time scheduling flexibility, ongoing education, and generous benefits for qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current Ohio SLP licensure and ASHA CCC (required).
• SNF/LTC experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, assessment, and organizational skills.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to quality care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy to residents.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote optimal outcomes.
