Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy to residents
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote optimal outcomes
Deliver care with professionalism, compassion, and clinical excellence
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Current Ohio SLP licensure and ASHA CCC (required)
SNF/LTC experience preferred but not required
Strong communication, assessment, and organizational skills
