Job summary

Essentia Health is seeking a licensed speech-language pathologist to evaluate, plan, and treat patients with speech, language, cognition, and swallowing needs in the Ada and Fosston area. The role offers a $4,500 sign-on bonus and alignment with Essentia Health policies and ASHA standards.

The position involves a full caseload with documentation, billing, and scheduling duties, plus collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes for diverse patients across settings.

Qualifications

• Current registration/license to practice speech-language pathology in the state of practice.
• CFY candidates or students in final year may apply with stipend option.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy evaluation and develop individualized treatment plans for a full patient caseload.
• Implement evidence-based interventions; educate patients and caregivers; plan discharges.
• Document, bill, schedule, and perform other administrative duties for the caseload.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize clinical and financial outcomes.
• Coordinate with Essentia Health leadership and referring physicians to ensure cohesive patient care.
