Job summary

Bear Mountain Healthcare seeks an Occupational Therapist to join our In-House Rehab Team and oversee Speech Therapy services within a skilled nursing facility. Preference for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology with CCC or CFY eligibility and a Master’s degree from an accredited program.

Part-Time, Full-Time, or PRN options available; strong documentation and interdepartmental collaboration are required to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Active state license or license eligibility in Speech-Language Pathology.
• M.A./M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college.
• CCC or CFY eligibility and licensure readiness.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate and direct Speech therapy services in a SNF setting.
• Maintain accurate documentation and department records.
• Initiate referrals following department procedures.
• Conduct resident screenings to determine treatment needs and communicate results.
