Job summary

Anchor Post Acute in North Augusta, SC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our 120-bed skilled nursing and rehab facility. The role focuses on evaluating and treating residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, with flexible scheduling and PRN opportunities across sister facilities.

Master's degree in SLP and state licensure required; CCC-SLP preferred. New grads welcome. We offer continuing education, a supportive team, and competitive pay at $40–50/hour.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology; Doctorate preferred.
• Current state SLP licensure; CCC-SLP preferred.
• Clinical experience in skilled nursing or rehab is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine speech therapy needs and rehabilitation potential.
• Develop, implement, and update treatment plans to improve communication and swallowing.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and families.
