Job summary

Anchor Post Acute in Aiken, SC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, and swallowing disorders, and to develop personalized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required or in CFY stage.
• State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist; CCC-SLP preferred.
• Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply; licensure must be active.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to maximize independence.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and families to provide resident-centered care.
• Maintain timely, compliant documentation per regulatory standards.
• Supervise CFY or students when applicable.
• Provide education to residents and families on goals and home programs.
