Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with swallowing and communication disorders in Raleigh, NC. You will establish goals and implement therapy programs based on comprehensive evaluations within a coordinated clinical team.

The role requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and a current state license (or eligibility). Strong interpersonal, fiscal and clinical skills are essential to deliver individualized, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Current state license as Speech-Language Pathologist or ability to obtain before start.
Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with swallowing disorders and communication impairments using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
Establish treatment goals and develop/implement speech pathology programs based on full clinical evaluation.
Provide rehabilitative services to patients as part of a coordinated team.
Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate patients’ plans of care.
Treat residents one-on-one through private sessions using a functional-based approach.
