Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat swallowing and communication disorders in a clinical setting. You will establish goals and implement tailored treatment plans after a full evaluation, collaborating with a coordinated care team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state license as an SLP or ability to obtain before starting.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat swallowing disorders and communication impairments using evidence-based techniques.
• Establish goals and develop treatment programs based on a full clinical evaluation.
• Provide rehabilitative services as part of a coordinated clinical team.
• Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate the plan of care for patients.
• Treat residents one-on-one through private sessions using a functional-based treatment approach.
