Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation to You is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to help patients regain communication abilities and swallow safely. You will design and implement therapeutic plans, work with a multidisciplinary team, and educate patients and families to promote independence.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required and ASHA-compliant.
• Licensed or eligible for state licensure in West Virginia or applicable state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients to improve communication, swallowing, and cognitive function.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Provide patient and caregiver education to promote independence.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to professional standards.
