The role emphasizes teamwork, ongoing mentorship for new grads, and opportunities to advance professionally through CEUs and clinical development programs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or similarly-titled area.
• Licensed, certified or credentialed, as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Help patients communicate, swallow, and address disorders or deficits.
• Design rehab plans and deliver therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with patients, caregivers and team members to promote independence.
• Provide education to patients and caregivers to improve communication.
• Assist in other day-to-day clinic operations as needed.
