Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist in Massachusetts to help patients improve communication, swallowing, and cognitive-communication skills across diverse care settings. You will design and execute individualized rehab plans, monitor progress, and adapt therapy to each patient’s needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or a similarly titled area
• Licensed, certified or credentialed as required in Massachusetts

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, treatment, and management of speech, language, cognitive-communication, swallowing, and voice disorders
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with patients and families
• Deliver rehab services efficiently, design plans, and monitor progress
• Collaborate with peers and supervise/support staff as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and functional communication
