Job summary

Sans Souci Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide and direct Speech Therapy services. The role includes assessment, treatment planning, and coordination with physicians, patients and families.

Must hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology with NY licensure or eligibility, and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current NY state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide and direct speech therapy services to patients.
• Conduct screenings and evaluations to plan treatment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Coordinate treatment with patient, family and team.
• Document progress and complete reports.
