Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides and directs Speech Therapy services to patients including assessment and treatment.
• Conducts screenings to determine need for intervention.
• Develops and implements treatment plans and goals.
• Communicates evaluation findings to patients, families, and team members.
• Coordinates treatment with patient, family, and other clinicians.
• Documents results and maintains records per procedures.
• Supervises students/volunteers as applicable.
• Participates in discharge planning and home/community programming.
