Job summary

The Grove at Valhalla Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide and direct Speech Therapy services, including assessment and treatment, under physician orders. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current state license or license eligible required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Speech Therapy services and initiate referrals per department procedures.
• Conduct screenings and evaluate patients for treatment planning.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with short and long-term goals.
• Coordinate and communicate results with patient, family and team members.
• Discharge planning and home/community programming after services.
