Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat individuals with communication and swallowing disorders in inpatient and/or outpatient settings within New Jersey. The role involves coordination, education, communication, and thorough documentation to ensure individualized, evidence-based care.

Preferred Doctoral degree in SLP; current eligibility or licensure in New Jersey as a Speech-Language Pathologist; BLS HCP certification is often required.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in speech-language pathology from an accredited institution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills (MS Office and/or Google Suite).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat individuals with communication and swallowing disorders.
• Coordinate, educate, communicate and document patient care to ensure comprehensive services.
• Settings may include inpatient and/or outpatient, per program guidelines.
