Job summary

Kindering Center in Bellevue, WA is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (Master’s required) to provide evaluative, therapeutic, and consultative services for children with speech, language, feeding, cognitive, or hearing needs.

You will work with a dedicated Early Supports team, design individualized treatment plans, and coordinate with families and providers in natural environments. The position offers full- or part-time hours, a competitive salary, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology; eligible for Washington State license.
• Valid WA State professional license required.
• Experience with children with neuromuscular and developmental disorders preferred.
• Spanish fluency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work a variable schedule with supervisor’s guidance.
• Assess developmental level and conduct formal evaluations as needed.
• Participate in IFSP conferences with Family Resource Coordinator.
• Design and implement treatment plans to support IFSP outcomes.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate records for each child.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team on each child’s program.
