Job summary

Kindering seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver evaluative, therapeutic, and consultative services to children with speech, language, feeding, cognitive, and hearing challenges. You will assess development, design individualized plans, and work in natural environments with families.

This full-time position requires a Master’s in SLP, WA license, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. Spanish fluency is a plus, and feeding therapy experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology (ASHA CCC eligible).
• Valid Washington State SLP license.
• Experience with children who have neuromuscular and developmental disorders.
• Feeding therapy experience preferred.
• Spanish fluency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess each child’s developmental level; conduct formal evaluations as needed.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans and provide services in the natural environment.
• Participate in IFSP conferences with Family Resource Coordinator.
• Prepare progress reports; maintain accurate records of contact for each child.
• Coordinate referrals and resources; collaborate with interdisciplinary team across services.
• Provide or support outreach, care planning, and Medicaid-related activities.
