Job summary

The Resource Exchange seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide Early Intervention services in natural environments across Colorado. You will assess and address speech and communication needs, work within an IFSP framework, and collaborate with families and a transdisciplinary team.

Requirements include MA/MS in SLP with CCC-SLP, knowledge of Part C IDEA, and independent work abilities. The role involves driving to client sites and community settings with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• MA/MS in Speech-Language Pathology with CCC-SLP certification.
• Knowledge of Part C IDEA, natural environments, and daily routines.
• Experience with young children with disabilities; 1–3 years required, 5 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess speech/language, communication, and assistive technology needs.
• Provide evidence-based interventions per IFSP.
• Collaborate in transdisciplinary teams; document and monitor progress.
