Job summary

The Resource Exchange is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist in Colorado Springs, CO to provide early intervention services and family-centered supports. You will assess and treat speech and language needs, collaborate with families, and work within an IFSP framework.

Requirements include MA/MS in SLP, CCC-SLP, and eligibility/certification to practice in Colorado. The role includes travel within service areas and a supportive, growth-oriented environment with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum: 1-3 years experience with young children with disabilities or delays.
• Preferred: 5 years experience in a transdisciplinary team model.
• Knowledge of Part C IDEA and natural environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment of speech/language and communication needs.
• Provide evidence-based interventions based on IFSP.
• Collaborate with families and professionals in IFSP reviews.
• Provide mentoring to contracted SLPs and assistants.
• Complete all required paperwork timely.
