Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and licensure in PA.
• Ability to travel to patient care assignments - Home Care.
• Strong assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates speech, language, and swallowing functions across ages.
• Develops and updates an appropriate plan of care with patient/family to restore function.
• Delivers evidence-based speech therapy care appropriate to patient needs.
• Completes documentation and billing per departmental policies and regulatory compliance.
