Qualifications

• Must have active or pending state SLP licensure.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred or required.
• Current CPR certification, preferred.
• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans with measurable goals.
• Provide therapy to improve communication, articulation, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing.
• Educate patients and families about disorders, therapy techniques, and supporting progress.
• Maintain documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and plans per policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
