Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of quality patient care including evaluation, treatment and documentation.
• Provide treatment for speech, language, hearing, and cognitive disorders.
• Plan activities and provide services for speech and language disorders.
• Act as patient advocate and participate in quality assurance activities.
• Perform patient evaluations and develop treatment plans with goals.
• Carry out patient care plans and determine progression as per the care plan.
