Cole Pediatric Therapy in Pearland, Texas is looking for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), either a licensed CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellow. This role offers flexible scheduling, ongoing mentorship, and leadership development opportunities. Two Ways to Join Our Team

We know one size doesn’t fit all, so we offer flexible employment options:

W-2 Employee – Guaranteed Hourly

$32–$41/hour (based on experience)

• Guaranteed hours
• Benefits available at 20+ hours/week

W-2 Employee – Pay Per Visit (PPV)

$50–$80/hour

• Paid only for time spent with patients
• Benefits available at 20+ hours/week

Schedule: Flexible days and hours

Full-time benefits start at 30+ hours/week
