Two Ways to Join Our Team

• W-2 Employee – Guaranteed Hourly
  $32–$41/hour (based on experience)
  Guaranteed hours
  Benefits available at 20+ hours/week
• W-2 Employee – Pay Per Visit (PPV)
  $50–$80/hour
  Paid only for time spent with patients
  Benefits available at 20+ hours/week

Schedule

Flexible days and hours
Full‑time benefits start at 30+ hours/week
