Dragonfly Cares seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for a part-time role in home, school, or center settings. Hours are daytime and/or afternoon, Monday through Friday, onsite.

You will assess and treat children, develop individualized plans, collaborate with families and staff, and document progress. NY licensure or CFY welcome; immediate start with competitive hourly pay of $65-$90.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Dragonfly Cares is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a part-time role in a welcoming and supportive environment with availability to see students on weekdays during daytime and/or afternoon hours in the home, school, or center setting. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dedicated support team and provide essential speech and language services to children. The hourly rate range for this role would be $65-90/hr based on experience in the field.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• - Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech and language abilities.
• - Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
• - Provide direct speech therapy services to children, focusing on improving communication skills.
• - Collaborate with staff and parents regularly.
• - Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
• - A willingness and passion for continued growth and learning.

Requirements

• - Valid New York Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or Clinicial fellows welcome
• - Pediatric/school-aged evaluation and treatment experience strongly preferred
• - Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• - Ability to work independently in various settings and as part of a collaborative team
• - Valid Licensure and reliable transportation
