What You’ll Do

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech and language abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
• Provide direct speech therapy services to children, focusing on improving communication skills.
• Collaborate with staff and parents regularly.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
• Show a willingness and passion for continued growth and learning.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech‑Language Pathologist (we can accept Clinical Fellows – CFs).
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Experience providing group treatment services to children with autism.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with patients and their families.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
