Dragonfly Cares is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a part-time role, available on weekdays during daytime and/or afternoon hours in the home, school, or center settings. The hourly rate ranges from $65 to $90 based on experience.

Qualifications

• Valid New York licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Pediatric/school-aged evaluation and treatment experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech and language abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
• Provide direct speech therapy services to children.
• Collaborate with staff and parents regularly.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and outcomes.
• Maintain a willingness and passion for continued growth and learning.
