Job summary

Children’s Therapy Place in Salmon, Idaho, is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant to support licensed SLPs in outpatient services for children. You’ll implement treatment plans, adapt activities, document progress, and help families with home programs.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology, eligibility for Idaho licensure, and pediatric experience is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Must be eligible to be licensed in the state of Idaho.
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech-language therapy services under supervision and report progress.
  • Implement treatment plans and adapt activities for individual needs.
  • Monitor and document therapy sessions in line with policies.
  • Assist in using AAC devices and guiding home carryover programs.
