We value compassion, teamwork, and a commitment to helping children reach their potential, and we are seeking individuals who align with our mission and values.**What you’ll do:*** Provides Speech Therapy services to clients and initiates referrals when appropriate and in accordance with Speech Therapy Department procedures.* Evaluates clients to obtain data necessary for treatment planning and implementation. Conducts specialized evaluations as indicated.* Develops treatment plans by identifying a problem list, including short and long term goals and methods to achieve identified goals.* Coordinates treatment plan for client and provides copies for family and other professionals.* Implements and conducts treatment plan as outlined in treatment plan.* Monitors client’s response to intervention and modifies treatment as indicated to attain goals in accordance with physician orders.* Documents results of clients’ assessment, treatment, follow-up, and termination of services.* Adapts treatment to meet the individual needs of the client.* Recommends and obtains appropriate equipment to improve client’s communication.
