Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) for school-based positions near Peyton, CO. You will support K–12 students by providing speech services under the supervision of a licensed SLP, helping students strengthen communication skills in the classroom.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado SLPA license or eligibility.
• Colorado CDE authorization preferred.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in SLPA or related field.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services under supervision of an SLP.
• Support articulation, language, fluency, and social communication goals.
• Implement therapy plans and track progress.
• Collect data and maintain progress notes.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams.
• Prepare therapy materials and support student engagement.
• Participate in team meetings and maintain documentation compliance.

What We’re Looking For
