SOAL Home Health Services, LLC is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our Austin team under SLP supervision, delivering high-quality therapy to children in home settings.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, direct patient care, progress documentation, and caregiver education, with visits typically 35–60 minutes. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field.
• Current Texas SLPA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• At least 1 year of pediatric and/or home health experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid Texas driver’s license.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care.

Position Summary:

We are seeking skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) to join our growing team. As an SLPA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed SLP, delivering high-quality therapy to children with a variety of diagnoses, helping them improve developmental and communication skills.
Pay: $32 - $40 per visit. (35 - 60 minutes each visit)
