Job summary

Amazing Care, Inc. is seeking a Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide in-home, pediatric therapy services. You will support SLPs in delivering speech, language, and communication interventions for children in their homes.

Scheduling options include part-time (under 24 visits per week) and full-time (25+ visits per week). We offer a $1,500 sign-on bonus for full-time staff, plus comprehensive benefits and a supportive, growth-oriented workplace.

Qualifications

• Licensed SLPA in Texas.
• Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.
• Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work with children who have varying diagnoses and challenges.
