Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant on a contract basis near San Francisco, CA. You will work closely with licensed SLPs to deliver therapy services for children with communication challenges, helping them develop vital speech and language skills.

You’ll assist in implementing therapy plans, collect data on progress, and collaborate with teachers and families to support outcomes, with benefits and recruiter support provided.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate’s degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program.
• Valid California SLPA licensure (or eligibility) required.
• Experience in a school setting preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Ability to follow IEP goals and treatment plans accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing individualized therapy plans under SLP supervision.
• Provide direct group and one-on-one interventions to students.
