Job summary

EDU Healthcare is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to provide direct therapy under supervision in a school-based setting. You will assist with implementing IEPs, reinforce speech and language goals, and monitor student progress alongside supervising SLPs.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology; Bachelor’s in CSD preferred.
• Active VT SLPA license/certification.
• Knowledge of speech and language development.
• Experience with school‑aged children preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience in a structured school setting with built‑in holidays.
• Therapist‑owned organization supporting providers through the year.
