Job summary

EDU Healthcare seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Colorado team supporting students in the school setting.

You will evaluate speech and language disorders, develop IEP-based plans, and provide direct therapy while collaborating with teachers and families to achieve communication goals. This is a structured, school-based role with built-in holidays in a therapist-owned organization.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active SLP license in CO (or eligibility to obtain prior to start).
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience working with school-aged children is preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Knowledge of IEP processes, therapy documentation, and educational service delivery.
• Work in a structured, school-based setting with built-in school holidays.
• Collaborate closely with educators and support staff to make a direct impact on student success.
