Job summary

Fast Switch, Ltd. is seeking a Speech & Language Pathologist Assistant to support infants and toddlers with developmental delays in family homes and community settings in Brockton, MA.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services to birth to 3 children in family homes and community settings.
• Develop, implement, and update Individualized Service Plans (ISPs).
• Advocate for children and families during initial assessments and ongoing services.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (developmental specialists, therapists, social workers).
• Support families with home-based programs and resources.
• Participate in specialized child groups and team meetings.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation.
