Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathology Assistant in Boston, MA to support students’ speech and language goals. The role involves assessments, developing and implementing individualized plans, and delivering therapy in group or 1:1 settings.

You will collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed, while maintaining thorough records and progress reports. Prior experience in schools is preferred, and a valid MA SLPA license is required.

Job Overview

• The ideal candidate will assist in conducting assessments to evaluate student's speech, language, and communication abilities, develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, and provide therapy services to students individually and in group settings
• This position also involves collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student's communication needs, monitoring student's progress, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary
• The candidate will also maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and progress reports
