Interim HealthCare in Libertyville, IL is seeking a Home Health Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver home-based therapy across Libertyville and surrounding areas. You will work with a patient-centered home health team to improve communication, swallowing and cognitive function, tailoring plans to each patient’s needs.
The role requires a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology, an active IL SLP license, CPR certification and at least 1 year of experience in speech
