Job summary

Westwood Post Acute is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary team. The role offers a $5,000 bonus and hourly pay in the $45–$55 range for full-time positions. Eligible full-time staff receive healthcare benefits, 401k with match, PTO, sick leave, and ongoing training.

• Current, unencumbered license to work as an SLP in CO.
• Dysphagia experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Speech-Language Pathology treatments to residents as part of an inter-disciplinary team.

• Deliver evidence-based interventions to support communication and swallowing goals.

Rate: $45-$55/hour

* $5,000 bonus paid: $1,000 paid at 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 8 months & 10 months; bonus is for full‑time position only, must be working in full‑time status to receive bonus
