The Illinois Association of School Administrators seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to manage caseloads, conduct assessments, and participate in IEP planning to identify eligible children and craft effective therapy plans.
Responsibilities include classroom support and contributing to a positive school climate, with a typical 180-day/permanent or part-time option and a regionally competitive salary of $54,000–$85,000 depending on experience.
The Speech-Language Pathologist will be responsible for caseload management tasks including facilitating group and individual therapy, completing assessments and participating in the IEP process to identify eligible children and develop effective therapy plans, supporting instruction within the classroom, and assisting in the enhancement of school climate. Additional duties may be assigned in accordance with provisions of the Joint Agreement’s policies and requirements.
