Job summary
Boothby Therapy Services, LLC is actively hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026–2027 school year in Royalton, Vermont. This full-time role offers guaranteed pay at $50–$60 per hour and includes a $10K sign-on bonus.
You will collaborate with OTs, PTs, school staff, and families; CF-SLPs are welcome to apply. We provide mentorship, structured support, and ongoing professional development while focusing on clinician well-being.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
- CCC-SLP eligibility or CF-SLP/CFY status preferred.
- Active Vermont SLP license or eligibility.
- Experience in school-based, pediatric, or special education settings recommended but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy services in school-based settings.
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
- Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
- Deliver direct therapy services through individual and small-group sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers.
- Monitor progress and maintain compliant documentation.
- Support students in achieving greater communication and educational success.

Boothby Therapy Services is actively hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Royalton, Vermont for the 2026–2027 school year.

Responsibilities vary by placement but may include
- Provide speech-language therapy services in school-based settings
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
- Deliver direct therapy services through individual and small-group sessions
- Support students with:
- Articulation and phonological disorders
- Receptive and expressive language disorders
- Social/pragmatic communication
- Fluency disorders
- Voice disorders
- AAC and assistive communication needs
- Adapt therapy approaches to meet the needs of diverse age groups and developmental levels
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Monitor progress and maintain compliant documentation
- Support students in achieving greater communication, independence, and educational success
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- CCC-SLP or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP/CFY)
- Active Vermont SLP License or eligibility
- School-based, pediatric, or special education experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
