Boothby Therapy Services is actively hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Royalton, Vermont for the 2026–2027 school year, offering a $50–$60 hourly rate and guaranteed pay. The position welcomes CCC-SLPs and Clinical Fellows, with exceptional support and collaboration across OT, PT, and school staff.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLP or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP/CFY).
• Active Vermont SLP License or eligibility.
• School-based, pediatric, or special education experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services in school-based settings.
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Deliver direct therapy services through individual and small-group sessions.
• Support students with articulation, language, social/pragmatic, fluency, voice, and AAC needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers.
• Monitor progress and maintain compliant documentation.

Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities

Responsibilities vary by placement but may include:

• Provide speech-language therapy services in school-based settings
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Deliver direct therapy services through individual and small-group sessions
• Support students with:
  • Articulation and phonological disorders
  • Receptive and expressive language disorders
  • Social/pragmatic communication
