Job summary
Boothby Therapy Services LLC in Greenfield, NH is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026–2027 school year. The role offers a $50–$60 hourly rate, with a $10K sign-on bonus and guaranteed pay regardless of attendance.
CF-SLPs are welcome to apply. You will collaborate with school teams and provide services across diverse student needs, with strong support and flexible placement options.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- CCC-SLP or CF-SLP/CFY eligibility.
- Active NH SLP License or eligibility.
- School-based, pediatric, or teletherapy experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy services to students in school-based settings.
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
- Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
- Deliver direct therapy services through individual and small-group sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers.
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Monitor student progress and maintain compliant documentation
- Support students in achieving greater communication, independence, and educational success

Responsibilities vary by placement but may include:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to students in school-based settings
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments

- Support students with:
- Receptive and expressive language disorders
- Social/pragmatic communication
- Executive functioning and academic language skills
- Articulation and phonological disorders
- Fluency disorders
- Voice disorders
- AAC and assistive communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Monitor student progress and maintain compliant documentation
- Support students in achieving greater communication, independence, and educational success
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- CCC-SLP or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP/CFY)
