Boothby Therapy Services LLC is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Royalton, Vermont for the 2026–2027 school year. You will provide school-based therapy, conduct evaluations, and develop IEP goals with strong support and mentorship. Clinical Fellows are welcomed and supported throughout the fellowship.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CCC-SLP or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CF-SLP/CFY) required or encouraged.
• Active Vermont SLP license or eligibility is required.
• Experience in school-based, pediatric, or special education settings is preferred.

Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities

Responsibilities vary by placement but may include:

• Provide speech-language therapy services in school-based settings
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Deliver direct therapy services through individual and small-group sessions
• Support students with:
  • Articulation and phonological disorders
  • Receptive and expressive language disorders
  • Social/pragmatic communication
  • Fluency disorders
  • Voice disorders
  • AAC and assistive communication needs
• Adapt therapy approaches to meet the needs of diverse age groups and developmental levels
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Monitor progress and maintain compliant documentation
• Support students in achieving greater communication, independence, and educational success

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• CCC-SLP or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP/CFY)
• Active Vermont SLP License or eligibility
• School-based, pediatric, or special education experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
